  • CUSTOMER PRIVACY IS OUR PRIORITY
  • Orders are dispatched using reputable courier and postal services approved within the UAE and internationally.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on destination, weight, and order value.
  • Tracking details will be shared within 24–48 hours of dispatch where applicable.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • UAE: 2–5 working days
  • GCC Countries: 5–7 working days
  • International: 7–14 working days

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Purchasing any product from maxeraessentials.com confirms acceptance of these terms.
  • All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, unless stated otherwise.
  • The warranty begins from the day after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers must report any faults or issues via email to
  • info@maxeraessentials.com
  •  within the warranty period.
  • We may request photographic or video evidence of the issue before approving any claim.
  • At our discretion, we may:
  • Repair the item
  • Replace parts
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a refund (in exceptional cases, such as discontinued items)
  • Maxim International L.L.C–FZ reserves the right to replace faulty items with those of equal or higher value/functionality.
  • These warranty terms do not affect the customer’s statutory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • If you change your mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed excluding shipping and handling costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
